Wind River Auctions is a Utah based full service auction company whose principals are well recognized with over 25 years in the industry. Wind River has been in business since 1996, but originally focused its business on entertaining auctioneering in the charity and not for profit area. More recently we have expanded our business expertise to include many kinds of auctions, including estate sales, business liquidations, consignment sales, industrial, construction and farm equipment, antiques and art, and recreational equipment and property.
For us, reputation and integrity are the most important assets of an auction business. We intend to maintain our reputation as a firm providing quality services and a high level of performance in offering our auction services throughout the Intermountain area. Notably Wind River has assembled a management team with specific expertise to meet your business needs.
Our auctions are designed to keep the audience entertained in a lively format, while optimizing the results of the particular auction format. We have always believed an auction should be a lively event that creates enthusiasm for the offered auction items.
A little information about our key staff:
Robert S. Adams - Marketing Specialist/Event Coordinator and Auctioneer. Robert, President of Wind River Auction Company, has been producing, planning, and hosting auction events for over 20 years. Bob is popular throughout the Intermountain area for entertaining crowds at various corporate and charity fundraisers and benefits. Bob has extensive experience in all forms of sales and fundraising, corporate trade shows and taught dispute resolution at the University of Utah. With a high energy and entertaining style, Bob is noted for his ability to engage an audience and optimize the yields at auction events.

James C. Lewis, Esq. –Operations Manager. Jim, a Utah attorney, Chairman of Wind River, is our auction coordinator and operations officer. Jim is experienced in coordinating all kinds of events and auctions in the Utah and Intermoutain area, and is a noted keynote speaker on various topics. Jim assists in ensuring that all of the essential elements of a successful auction are in place and running smoothly.

Marty Rogers, CAI AARE – Lead Auctioneer. Marty is a second generation auctioneer, his father having started an auction business in 1981. In his 25+ years of experience Marty has conducted all types of auctions, selling heavy equipment, raising money for charities and all types of real estate through a competitive bidding, dynamic pricing system. Marty was a founding partner of a major national auction group with offices in 20 states, conducting as many as 1500 real estate auctions annually, and served as a member of their executive board. Marty is also a licensed real estate broker in several states, and conducts real estate auctions throughout the Unites States for our sister company Sage Auction Solutions. He holds an AARE (Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate) designation from the National Auctioneers Association, and is a graduate of the Certified Auctioneers Institute. Marty has competed in several auctioneering championships throughout his career. As our lead auctioneer, Marty brings a tremendous amount of expertise and auction knowledge to Wind River and our clients.
Frank King - Auctioneer. Frank has a broad business background as an auctioneer as well as a corporate trainer, public speaker and even as a comedian. Frank is a member of the Washington Auctioneer's Association and the National Auctioneers Association. Frank is bilingual in English and Spanish.
Jeff Daugherty - Auctioneer. Jeff is a resident of Jackson, Wyoming. Jeff has extensive experience with Bob Adams, in providing entertaining charity and fundraising auctions. Jeff has been conducting auctions for over 15 years.
